Recomendamos leer las siguientes normas y definiciones por las que se rigen todas las compras de los clientes que entran a nuestro sitio web, las cuales aceptas al acceder y realizar tus comprar. Nos reservamos el derecho a actualizar o cambiar los Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento sin previo aviso, es por esto, les sugerimos leer esta sección cada vez que nos visites.

RESTRICCIONES DE USO: Todo el contenido en nuestra página web incluyendo imágenes, videos, logos, gráficos e ilustraciones del sitio son propiedad intelectual de Undergold.

BLACK FRIDAY

Durante estos días (BlackFriday, Black Weekend y Cyber Monday) tendremos descuentos que van hasta el 50% OFF, válido en todos nuestros canales de ventas y en todas las colecciones, exceptuando nuestra más reciente colección NOVA. No todos los productos contaran con el mismo descuento, este será especificado al seleccionar e ingresar a cada producto.

  • Los descuentos de BlackFriday y demás rebajas, no son acumulables con otros descuentos incluyendo los que se hayan ofrecido con anterioridad por medio de nuestra página web. Posterior a estas fechas especiales de descuentos, podrás volver a redimir los cupones que aun sean válidos o que no hayas podido redimir.
  • Los precios están sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso.
  • Las imágenes de nuestra página son imágenes ilustrativas y pueden diferir del producto real.
  • El descuento aplica sobre el precio inicial del producto.

En periodo de descuentos de Black Friday, y rebajas, los plazos de entrega pueden incrementarse, pasando de nuestra promesa de entrega de 2 – 5 días hábiles hasta 10 días hábilesTener en cuenta que todos los productos están sujetos a disponibilidad en el inventario.  

Los descuentos de Black Friday en nuestra página web serán válidos desde el jueves 23 de noviembre al lunes 27 de noviembre de 2023 o hasta agotar existencias. El jueves 23 de noviembre de 2023, solo tendrán acceso las personas suscritas al Early Access.  El código acceso será enviado un día antes de la actividad de descuento, y sólo será enviado a quienes se hayan suscrito previamente al evento.

CAMBIOS, DEVOLUCIONES Y GARANTIAS BLACK FRIDAY & BLACK WEEKEND

  1. Cambios y/o devoluciones:
  • Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 10 días hábiles posteriores a la fecha en la que recibió su compra.
  • Los artículos deben estar en su estado original, sin usar y con las etiquetas originales adjuntas.
  • No se aceptarán devoluciones de artículos que muestren signos evidentes de desgaste, lavado o alteración.
  1. Proceso de Devolución:

Para iniciar el proceso de devolución, el comprador debe ponerse en contacto con nuestro servicio al cliente proporcionando el número de pedido y una descripción detallada del motivo de la devolución.

  • Sí el cambio se realiza por motivo de gusto, (cambio de color o de referencia) o por talla errada, todos los costos de transporte y los demás relacionados que conlleve la devolución del bien serán cubiertos por el comprador.
  • El comprar debe devolver la prenda que desee cambiar a la siguiente dirección: 321 NE 26TH STREET, UNIT 509, 33137 MIAMI, FL. Con destinatario: CHERRY GROUP.
  • Una vez Undergold reciba la devolución por parte del cliente, tendrá un plazo de 4 días hábiles para enviar la respuesta oficial, después de haber verificado todos los requisitos dispuestos para el proceso de devolución, se indicará sí se acepta el cambio o no.
  • Dentro de la comunicación al cliente, este deberá acogerse una de las opciones que tiene Undergold para los cambios:
  1. Cambio por talla.
  2. Cambio por otro color.
  3. Nota crédito en pagina web.
  4. (Undergold tendrá hasta 10 días calendario para realizar el reembolso del dinero pagado)
  • Luego que el cliente escoja una de las opciones dadas para resolver su proceso de devolución, el área de postventa de Undergold tendrá hasta 8 días hábiles para enviar la prenda escogida o informar al cliente de su saldo a favor.
  1. Garantía:

Los productos adquiridos mediante la actividad comercial de BlackFriday y demás rebajas tendrán un tiempo de garantía de 30 días calendario. (Sí es por estampación en semíalta, no importa el tiempo)

  • Los artículos para garantía deben estar lavados o limpios.
  • No se aceptarán cambios de artículos que muestren signos evidentes de mal uso o que se evidencie falta de seguimiento en las instrucciones de lavado demostrando un desgaste o alteración por mal uso.
  • Undergold suministrará la guía de retorno del producto que persiga el reclamo por calidad y asumirá los costos de envió relacionados con nuestra transportadora aliada.
  1. Artículos no reembolsables, no sujetos a cambios y/o devoluciones:

Undergold no aceptará cambios o devoluciones en artículos considerados como bienes de uso personal, como lo son, la ropa interior o productos que se consideren íntimos, como bodies, bikers, boxers y medias, por razones de higiene y seguridad. 

En los casos en los que UNDERGOLD genera la guía del envío, en los casos que aplique, la cual se hará únicamente por medio de la empresa de logística aliada, si el cliente realiza el envío de manera independiente o usa otra empresa de transporte, la responsabilidad del producto y costos asociados recae sobre comprador si llega a existir una pérdida, novedad y/o afectación durante el tiempo en transporte.

El tiempo de procesamiento de devoluciones y cambios puede tener variaciones especialmente en temporada alta donde existe un alto flujo de compras, por esta razón podemos tardar un poco más de lo habitual, el equipo de Undergold trabajará fuertemente para completar el proceso lo más rápido posible.

  1. PRICES
The prices assigned on our international website are in US dollars which do not include the cost of shipping, duties, and taxes.
UNDERGOLD has established a secure payment system for any order placed on the website. The payment will be considered complete once the distributor has sent their confirmation. If the bank does not accept the payment, the order will be automatically rejected, and UNDERGOLD will be exempt from any obligations and liabilities towards the customer.
 
  1. SHIPPING AND ORDERS
Shipping charges will be added to your order, United states and Mexico are currently with free shipping over 50USD. for all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.
Our shipments are made through FedEx, the delivery time depends on the country and would be sent once the order is approved, which means when the bank or payment system accepts the payment. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.
 
  1. DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS
While every effort is taken to send orders out as quickly as possible, in some instances, orders may take up to 5 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, you should expect an added wait time respective the courier service.
 
Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, additionally, the customer will be responsible for any consequences, such as delivery delays, impossibility of delivery, products returned to UNDERGOLD and additional transportation costs, arising from providing delivery information. incorrect or incomplete or for not being available at the time of delivery.
When purchasing products through the UNDERGOLD Marketplace, the delivery conditions will be based on the preferences selected by the user and the available delivery options within the Marketplace. The following are the estimated delivery times.

When discount coupons are offered, the value of the coupon, the minimum purchase amount required to use the coupon and the dates to be redeemed will be explicitly indicated. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to one use per customer.

OUR HASSLE-FREE RETURNS POLICY

For all orders: if for any reason you decide not to keep any item you have ordered, you have up to 20 days from receipt of the order to decide whether to return it to us.
  • You must identify the product and the date of purchase.
  • The product must be new, unopened and/or unused, free of odors and perfumes. If the product has been opened, it must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached.
  • Underwear (panties, bras, boxer shorts, briefs, socks) do not have change.
  • If there is an error in your order, you can request a change according to these times:
    • Maximum time limit for change (up to 20 days).
    • Promotional items are non-exchangeable.
    • For garments, wallets, handbags and/or shoes: 20 days after purchase.
    • Due to exchange policies, there is no cash refund, a code or virtual voucher is generated to be redeemed within the site, except for the use of the right of withdrawal.
  • Exchanges of garments are made for the amount actually paid.
Ways to request an exchange of a line item (promotional product can only be exchanged by right of withdrawal).

  • Go to the nearest physical store, except franchises, presenting the customer's identification card or the invoice.

If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quickest option if you would like to order another product in exchange without having to wait for a refund. If a refund is selected and the costumer haven’t returned the order we won’t complete the process.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Undergold is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments and will not pay shipping cost for uncollected packages. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact FedEx for support www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support.html.
  1. DAMAGED/ OPENED BOX
if you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. please also contact us at digital@undergoldapparel.com
