AUTHORIZATION OF USE OF IMAGE RIGHTS ON PHOTOGRAPHS AND AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTIONS

By accepting these terms, with full autonomy of will, you expressly authorize UNDERGOLD and its companies, subsidiaries or affiliates, to use and process your image rights to include them on photographs and audiovisual productions (videos), as well as copyrights, related rights and in general all those intellectual property rights that are related to the right of image.

This authorization is given within the framework of the UNDERGOLD Fashion Show in Puerto Rico, and in particular is granted for the following:

i. The photos and/or videos may be used for guidelines, pieces in social networks and in general for advertising purposes of the UNDERGOLD brand in any media.

ii. This authorization has no specific geographic scope, so that the images may be used in the territory of the world, likewise, it has no time limit for its concession, nor for exploitation of the images, or part of these, so that the authorization is considered granted for an unlimited period of time.
