Undergold provides this section to offer better service to its customers. We recommend reading the following norms and definitions that govern all customer purchases on our website, which you agree to when making a purchase. We reserve the right to update or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; therefore, we suggest reading this section each time you visit us.

USE RESTRICTIONS: All content on our website including images, videos, logos, graphics and illustrations on the site are the intellectual property of Undergold.

 

BLACK FRIDAY

During these days (Black Friday, Black Weekend and Cyber Monday) we will have discounts ranging up to 50% OFF, valid in all our sales channels and in all collections, except our latest collection (NOVA). Not all products will have the same discount, this will be specified when selecting and entering each product information.        

·         Black Friday discounts and other offers are not cumulative with other discounts including those that have been previously offered through our website. After these special discount dates, you will be able to redeem the coupons that are still valid or that you have not been able to redeem.

·         Prices are subject to change without notice.

·         The images on our website are illustrative images and may differ from the actual product.

·         The discount applies to the initial price of the product.

·         Discounts are valid while stocks last or until the end of the commercial activity (Monday, November 27, 2023), dates to be announced through our communication channels: Instagram, email, Website and WhatsApp.

 

During Black Friday discounts and sales, delivery times may increase from our promised delivery time of 2 - 5 business days to 10 business days. Please note that all products are subject to inventory availability.

The Black Friday discounts on our website will be valid from Friday, November 24 to Monday, November 27, 2023 or while supplies last.

Returns polices & warranty.

1.    Changes and returns.

·         We accept returns within 10 business days from the date you received the products of your purchase.

·         Items must be in their original conditions, unused and with original tags included.

·         Returns of items with obvious signs of wear, washing or alteration will not be accepted.

 

2.    Return process:

To start the return process, the buyer must contact our customer service department, by providing the order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

 

·         If the change is made for preference reasons (change of color or reference) or wrong size, shipping cost and other related costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the buyer.

·         The buyer must return the clothes to be changed to the following address: 321 NE 26TH STREET, UNIT 509, 33137 MIAMI, FL. Con destinatario: CHERRY GROUP.

·         Once Undergold receives the return from the customer, it will have a period of 4 business days to send the official response, after having verified all the requirements for the return process, it will indicate whether the change is accepted or not.

·         Into the communication, customer must choose one of the options that Undergold has for changes:

1. Change by size.

2. Color change.

3. Credit note on the web page.

4.Refund (Undergold will have up to 10 calendar days to refund the money paid).

·         - After the customer chooses one of the options given to resolve the return process, Undergold's after-sales area will have until 8 business days to send the chosen clothe or inform the customer about his balance.

 

3.    Warranty

Products purchased through Black Friday and other sales will have a warranty period of 30 calendar days.

·         Warranty items must be washed or cleaned.

·         No changes will be accepted for items with obvious signs of misuse or that show a lack of follow on the washing instructions or showing wear and tear or alteration due to misuse.

·         Undergold will provide the return waybill for the product that is the subject of the quality claim and will assume the shipping costs related to our partner carrier.

4.    Non-refundable items, not subject to exchanges and/or returns:

Undergold will not accept exchanges or returns on items considered personal use goods, such as underwear or products considered intimate, such as bodysuits, bikers, boxers and stockings, for hygiene and safety reasons.

In the cases in which UNDERGOLD generates the shippingguide, in the applicable cases, which will be done only by our allied logisticscompany, if the customer makes the return shipment independently or usesanother transport company, the responsibility of the product and associatedcosts goes on the buyer if there is a loss, incident and/or affectation duringthe time in transport.

The processing time for returns and changes may have variations especially in peak season where there is a high flow of purchases, for this reason we may take a little longer than usual, the Undergold team will be working hard to complete the process as quickly as possible.
